I'm 26, and I moved out for a while, but decided to move back in to save money, and I've been back for 5 years, and it's gone fast.My mom loves me being here, but my Dad secretly wants me out.He says he doesn't mind me living at home, but he always makes insinuations, and it makes me feel guilty.Like he'll tap my shoulder and say "look there's a house for sale" wink wink nudge nudge.

My plan is to move out when I'm 30, cause I'll have enough money saved up to retire off of since I work long hours at my job.If I move out now, I would just live in an efficiency apartment, and I'd have to work for 6 months to another year, and then move again, since I don't want to live in my town forever.My parents also borrowed tens of thousands of dollars to pay off bills and credit card debt, and they won't be able to start paying it back for 4 years.

I don't get in their way since I'm working most of the time, and it's second shift so they're in bed when I come home from work, and they're working when I'm awake.Since I'm making good money people always give me **** for not spending more if it, but I'm saving it up for a whole different life I want to live in the future.

I could afford to move out, just would rather save the money.
I also fear that if I moved out, I would still take crap from people, and my dad would criticize me for living in an apartment instead of buying a house.Plus my life wouldn't change if I moved out right now, since I work so much, I would just come home, watch t.v get on the computer, eat then go to bed.
