My mom has passive-aggressive disorder. My dad will do absolutely nothing about it. He “complains” about how she acts. No, there hasn’t been a diagnosis, but look at the facts, she is the meanest nastiest person around.- screams or shouts for no reason at all- complains about how I’m not nice to her, she’s always saying “be nice to me”, this comes after she blows up for whatever reason. I’m not mean at all, it’s just she is a b*tch and I’ve called her one before.- One example, she blew up just because I want to change my name when I turn 18 and is so mean, so rude about it, just at her meanest lecturing me and yelling at me about it.- I can’t shop or go on a family trip with her anymore. On family trips, she shouts for no reason at all. When shopping, same there, and she also nags- She gives me random lectures, like “how do you think you friends would think” or “how do you think girls would think”, this has nothing to do with whatever the situation may be- more than sometimes, she doesn’t answer your question. Like “How do people get out of credit cart debt?” she’s like “People lose their jobs”- She nags and asks more than 1 time to do something- She says “I’m in charge”, after I HAVEN’T been commanding her to do something or making some decision- When I get angry, she’s always staring at me and she’s like “oooo” and she tries to make it worse. She has not once tried to calm me down, not once in almost 18 years.- Denies the ways she acts, basically denies that she mean- Says that I’m a bad person. Just to let you all know (and this isn’t random), most of the upper class at my high school knows me and I’m REALLY popular, so her acting is not right.

If he was told to change his attitude to become a racist bully to incite the hype and hatred and cause division amongst us people using race so that “they”…”the elite” can see how far they can reach into our pockets to see “What is in Our Wallets”……….This is no longer about Boxing….As we know it….This is about MORE about MONEY than BOXING…!!!……….”MONEY”..which is actually DEBT….!!!!!…..”MONEY” created out of thin air by the BANKS…!!!!…….I smell the “FRAUD” of a “Hidden Rematch Clause”……I also smell “FRAUD” of a possible Trilogy in the works too……….That is ALL it is & That is ALL it will ever beIt is an illusion show to cause division amongst us…so that they can make a profit from us…Once again…This is no longer about Boxing….The whole scheme is Nothing but a MindF**K….AND I MOST ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT SUPPORT THE CORPORATE SWINE……….Save the sport my A$ $ ….!!!!!…This more about SAVING those CORRUPT BANKS…!!!!……..The True Meaning of the Sport has been lost….

On or about September 15, 2011 I received a call from “Rash Curtis & Associates” (A Collection Agency) from the phone number 707-454-2010. This agent was looking for Sheri L. Rosa. I explained that Miss. Rosa was my ex wife, that we had been divorced since 2004 and that I am not in contact with her. He asked if I knew where she lived and I stated “Monterey County”. He asked for the phone number and I told him I did not know. That was the conclusion of the call. On 10/30/2011 I received an E-mail from my credit monitoring service informing me that a “Major Derogatory Account” has appeared on my credit report (Expiring, three days later it also appeared on my Trans Union report). I checked the account and its the one belonging to my “Ex” Sheri Rosa. The next day I contacted Rash Curtis & Associated and spoke to a Bill Gregory who informed him that once again “this is not my account nor my debt” and to removed this account immediately, Mr. Gregory informed me that I needed fax him a copy of my divorce decree proving I was divorced. I informed him I have been divorced for almost 8 years and had no idea where my divorce paperwork was. He then stated “then there’s nothing left to talk about, The information stays on your report until you prove your divorced”. I again stressed (like I did prior on September 15), this is not my debt!! I also informed him I was in the middle of refinancing my home and this false derogatory report has affected my credit score by over 60 points and has now jeopardized my re-fi. This inaccurate report could and would cost me tens of thousands of dollars in additional interest over the life of the loan if this is not fixed immediately. He replied ” sorry, nothing he could do.” I immediately went to the Monterey County Superior Court website and was able to locate and print a case history of my divorce. I notified Mr. Gregory of my find and that I was going to fax it over. He gave me the fax number (707) 454-2001 and I faxed over the documents. I waited 30 minutes, called him back and Mr. Gregory informed he hadn’t went to the fax room yet to retrieve it and that he would let me know when he retrieved the documents. I called a second and again a third time and was unable to reach him. I was then I realized they had no intention of correcting this fraudulent discrepancy. I disputed the inaccurate information with Experian and Rash Curtis & Associates “validated” the debt was mine. This is a blatant untruth! They have cost me my re-fi and destroyed my credit history. I am going to file a suit. Do I have a case for defamation & financial injury. ? They used malice and abused their power for no reason. I want them to pay. advice anyone?Interesting answers. Remember on september 15th, I informed them I had not been married to this person for 8 years and THAT THIS IS NOT MY DEBT!!. It was them that refused to verify. It was them for no reason except greed that they without cause. nor verification placed this on my credit report causing me financial harm by delaying if not destroying the terms of my re-fi. Here it is 4 days since I faxed them proof of my divorce and still no return call or correction or even, “hey. we got the documents. we will fix this”.. Its funny how fast they can throw these illegal remarks on a credit report crippling my financial well being. They had no right in the first place doing this too me and this has paralyzed my ability to refinance my home nor use my credit. I will not be held hostage by these people. That’s for your advice, It is much appreciated!

You cannot sue over a minor delay in correcting a credit report. Once you prove that you are not liable (if in fact you are not), the derogatory claim will be removed and will as if it never existed.Fix the problem, don’t run around threatening to sue

Shakespeare is using a metaphor here wherein Romeo compares his meeting and falling in love with Juliet to a ledger, or a record of debts and payments. Romeo has just learned Juliet’s identity. She is a Capulet, his families sworn enemy. So, when he says, “Oh dear account! My life is my foe’s debt,” what he means is that he is forever in debt to his enemy for bringing him his love, Juliet. The account is dear in two ways. Juliet is dear to him. Also, the debt is dear, meaning very costly; he fears his enemy Capulet will not accept his “payment” of love and gratitude–that Capulet will keep him from his dear Juliet.My only love sprung from hate – Romeo’s family and Juliet’s family hate each other. They have fallen in love, even though their families are mortal enemies and will not permit them to be together. Her only love (Romeo) sprung from (comes from) her only hate (Romeo’s family).
